  • This machine is a special equipment to roll the plate into curves, cylinders, and conicals in the principle of the three-point circle. The actions are as below:
  •  The top roller moves vertically. Power: hydraulic oil tank. Role: put pressure on the plate to make the plate bending deformation.
  • The top roller moves horizontally. Power: electromotor. Role: adjust the horizontal distance between the top and bottom roller to make the top and bottom roller position asymmetrical to pre-bend the sheet edge and decline the length of the flat zone.
  • The bottom roller rotates. Power: electromotor. Role: supply the torque for the bending plate.
  • Opening the device drops down and reset. Power: hydraulic oil tank. Role: take out the finished workpiece.
